CRISP

CRISP is Maryland’s designated Health Information Exchange (HIE). An HIE enables the secure, near-instant sharing of health information among doctors’ offices, hospitals, laboratories, radiology centers, and other healthcare organizations. Through CRISP, providers and organizations involved in your care can view relevant parts of your medical history—for example, recent lab results or details from recent hospital visits—using CRISP tools. This information sharing helps organizations deliver safer, more timely, and more efficient, patient-centered care. Protecting your health information is CRISP’s top priority.

Providers seeking access to CRISP: Please contact CRISP Support at Support@crisphealth.org or 877-952-7477 to be connected with an Account Manager and to receive information about your organization’s HIE Administrator.
