Providers will have one point of entry through Carelon’s Provider Digital Front Door – a homebase for all provider resources using the power of Availity Essentials and ProviderConnect. The Provider Digital Front Door is designed to equip you with the necessary information, tools, and resources that offer you seamless access to crucial participant information, including eligibility and benefit details.

You can efficiently manage administrative tasks such as:

  • Submitting authorizations and searching for prior authorizations
  • Checking claim statuses
  • Checking eligibility and benefits
  • Submitting appeal requests

Each provider can obtain single sign on (SSO) credentials by following the Join the Network process. If you have not already configured your SSO, select the Join the Network button below for instructions.

ProviderConnect

ProviderConnect is Carleon’s secure, password-protected portal where participating providers conduct certain online activities directly with Carelon 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
